Broadband not available since october 20th

Land number: 0484 - 2761052

I am a regular bsnl broadband user since its launch in my town. Broadband facility is not available in my land number since october. I have contacted different personalities in the numbers mentioned below in this regard. Also I filed a written complaint to Sub Divisional Engineer in our area last month. I also contacted the J.E many times regarding this; but all in vain. According to the authorities, it is the problem with the land line and they use to say the problem will be corrected within two days... but no use

Sir, this is highly an unbecoming from the part of bsnl authorities..
