Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Land-line broadband connection of BSNL. The number of Land-line is 0571-2213547. it's a connection of rural area which comes under LODHA exchange in Aligarh.
I am registered for unlimited plan. but I am suffering from great mental harassment because of worst service of BSNL. i am unable to use my net connection from
10th of December. there is a great problem of disconnect. i use net only for 10 minutes thereafter i can't connect the net. because the signal which is called DSL which is must
for net connect, does not come. I informed the responsible authorities but after complete one month the problem is in same condition .so I am completely helpless in front of your
careless and lazy authorities .now what I should to do? I am requesting to you please look in to the matter and help me. I know that I have an another option CONSUMER FORUM.
I hope that you will look into the matter and take effective action. it's completely mental and economic harassment of mine. I am paying 500 rupees per month but your service is nil.
