Nobody is attending to my complaint of BSNL broadband very unstable and noisy fixed line of number 01732-262717 since last 12 days,
I have taken BSNL broadband for my phone number 01732-262717 recently 12 days back. The issue is mostly it is not working. Its speed is also very slow and it gets disconnected again and again.
I have also logged a complaint for noisy telephone line many times but it is also didnt get resolved.
I called up 198, 1500 many times but the customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone. The customer care executives never picks up the phones in yamuna nagar haryana.
I have logged many complaints with automated system like complaint number 1008794795, 1008752184 etc, their status changed to resolved without resolving my isssues.
Called the Nodal officer but they are not picking up the phones even at 0171-2603691.
Pls help to resolve both my landline and broadband problem. Also request you to guide yamnuna nagar BSNL to pick up the phones and resolve customer issues urgently.
