About keeping Land line connection closed for 2- Months and again Reconnect in New Flat on Same Road and in Same Area

Sub :- About having information OR Correct solution while shifting in New Flat from Old Flat.

Dear sir,

I Mr. Mahesh C. Bhamre having my address as mentioned above where I have my Local Land line number as 0253-2340590 with B.S.N.L. BROAD BAND CONNECTION for which I have already paid for the whole year in advance for Internet connection and only monthly rent of plan I am going to pay regularly, OK.

But now I have sold my this flat, address as mentioned above and now I have purchased a new flat whose finishing work is in progress so that I am shifting my housekeeping to another temporary location for minimum TWO Months after then I have to be shifted to my New purchased flat. So I want to keep my this connection closed OR In Safe Custody for Minimum 2 or 3 Months closed. So that again afterwords I am able to use this facility again.

But the Question is this that my old flat is in Savarkarnagar location on Gangapur Road area and My new flat also having on same road and having address as FLAT N0-04, SHUBHAM APPARTMENT, BALWANT NAGAR, GANGAPUR ROAD-422013.

I have make enquiry in BSNL office about my query and to got solution over the same ie reconnection of existing connection at new place after 2-3 Months, but I do not got satisfied answer from anyone, First I am having enquiry from Canada Corner office where one officer told me to keep your phone number in SAFE CUSTODY and Another one told me that your exchange will be ANANDWALI EXCHANGE so do enquiry there, So Then I went to Anandwali Excahnge and again told my all situation before them, then they told me that we don’t have facility of Internet in the BALWANT NAGAR AREA, and you must have enquiry at our Main office at Canada Corner.

SO PL GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND YOUR PROCESS FOR THE SAME.

AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID ALL THE RENT TO MY LAND LINE CONNECTION FOR WHOLE YEAR AND NOW BY MISGUIDING AND MISINFORMATION OF YOUR OFFICERS/ STAFF SUFERING A LOT.
