I have chosen BSNL broadband connection plan 700 limited home plan... they provided me connection month of may 27th and they processed my billing for that month itself (billed me for may 27 - 30 (3days) ) i was shocked by seeing the bill, ... they charged 3, 678rs for using broadband only for three days... how its possible, . and now they are telling to pay the bill... i want a justice as a consumer... my phone number : 044- 23811408
