Internet not working in-spite it is free for 2 months

Dear Sir,

I have made numerous calls to the Airtel customer care (called more than 15 times, many customer complaint numbers) over the last 7 days. But Airtel has not bothered to take any action. Every time the expected resolution date, they just mark the complaint as resolved (even if no action has been taken). Their computer systems are even more pathetic, they keep having upgrades.

I applied for a new Airtel connection (Mobile Number-9967920782) around 2 weeks ago in Mumbai and at the time during giving me new airtel connection they said me that for 2 months internet will be totally free and after 1 week only they stop my internet connection.

As i have to do lots of my work on internet so i called customer care at 121 and they said me to call on 09892098920 (because i have taken this new connection from Mumbai) in Mumbai customercare and when i called there Mr. Nagesh picked up the call and he said that there is some technical problem in the system after 4 hours you will be able to surf on internet and he filed my complaint (complaint Number-CMOBI21219207407). Then after that when internet is still not working i call's them again then again same thing they filed my complaint again (Complaint Number-CMOBI21219385295) and said me to wait for some time. And when after that i call's then today on no.09892098920 they said me to call 12118 and after that when i called on 12118 then again they said me to call on 09892098920 and said me that they are not getting detail.

All these words have totally frustrated... And to add to my frustration - from the last one week.

Please advise, whether my first step should be to port my number, or whether i can directly proceed to consumer court? Please take care of this!!!
