Hi, My name is Varun Mahajan and i paid to the Welcome To Reebok on 8th june for one pair of shoes and i pay them through my mastercard debit card and when i paid i just receive one email from the shop4reebok.com and their payment gateway is ccavenue.com and i received email from the ccavenue and that mail is :-

For your convenience, we have included a copy of your order below.

Please Note :- The charge will appear on your credit card / Account statement as 'Aurum Infocom'

and when i contacted their seller they told me that they dont have particular item in their warehouse and all money will be refunded you through ccavenue.

i contacted [email protected] email and their reply is below :-

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that the merchant has initiated the cancellation process for order number 5227 for your transaction on Welcome To Reebok

. This cancellation request has been forwarded to the concerned bank and we await their reply. Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

Until then we request for your cooperation.

then i checked it with bank after some days and bank told me that there is no amount which is credited back and from last 25 days i am calling bank customer care each day and i also sent so many emails to ccavenue and their reply is same and their reply is mentioned below :-

Dear Varun,

Thank you for contacting Avenues, we appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

This is in reference to your below mentioned mail.

In response to your query we have checked with our records and were able to trace only one transaction of order number 5227 for an amount INR 3419.30 which has been cancelled.

We would like to inform you that CCavenue is an online Credit / Debit card processing Company for your merchant and we do not play any role in delivery of the products / services as assured by your merchant. Also, be informed that cancellation / refund are the process which is always initiated by the merchant, CCAvenue cannot intervene in it.

P.S: The card amount for the order number 5227 is blocked by your card issuing bank and will be reversed back to your account as per your card issuing bank's procedures and also please be informed the amount has not been acquired by CCAvenue since your merchant has not process the order. We suggest you to kindly get in touch with your card issuing bank for clearance of this blockage.

Rest assured the amount will be credited back to your account as per the bank's procedures. Until then we request you to kindly cooperate with the us.

Bank told me about there is no blockage and i also contacted bank branch and they also give me same reply.

today on 8 july i received email from the ccavenue.com

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to your mail below. Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

We would like to inform you that we have received a confirmation from the bank that the reversal for the order number 5227 has been processed by the bank for an amount INR 3419.30. Furthermore, We request you to kindly get in touch with your bank with the above reference number.

If you require any further assistance, feel free to revert.

WHEN I CONTACTED BANK CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES @ 10 PM (IST) THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO AMOUNT WHICH IS CREDITED BACK AND WE DONT RECEIVED ANY SUCH TYPE OF MAIL OR INFORMATION AND THEY TOLD THAT IF ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE COMPANIES WANTS TO REFUND THEN IT WILL ONLY TAKE 2 HOURS NOTHING MORE THN 2 HOURS.

MEANTIME I CONTACT SELLER AGAIN BUT NO REPLY

I AM WORRIED BECAUSE MY 3, 419.30 RUPEES IS JUST CAPTURED BY CCAVENUE.COM FOR NOTHING.
