Dear Sir/Madam

I (Sandip Karmakar), Subscriber no 9347531836 (Data card 1x hi-speed) am a 4 years old customer of Reliance Communication Ltd. Today I am open my bill of reliance Net connect and surprised to see the billing information given in to the bill for the month 05.06.2011 to 04.07.2011 (bill date 05.07.11). My tariff plan is RNJ149DATA.You are showing that I was consumed extra 6.56 Hrs. at day time. This information was totally wrong. Please saw my previous bills, verify my account and rectify my bill which was wrong.

Please send me the correct bill copy to my Email Id ([email protected]), otherwise I will be disconnect my data card as well as relationship with Reliance Communication Ltd. I was complain about this matter over toll free no and talk with Madam Amita at 8.45PM on 07.07.11 but she /your poor customer care all time unable to giving information. Take care about this for us.

Please send me the detail information (Date and time wise) of usage of consumed unit at Day & Night time both.

Again requesting you to rectify my bill and send it to me through E-mail as early as possible.
