After introducing Night time free downloading scheme (02.00 - 08.00), they really started to cheat the customers. As they are charging the customers, eventhough we if we download after 02.00 AM . And the best part is they didn't even accepting the complaint by saying that the whole thing lies with the customer part, as we started downloading before 02.00 AM. they simply saying to file the case if any objections are there without showing any responsibility or not forwarding this complaint to any further.. because its a government organization everyone knows that we can't file the case or we can't go furhter without their support. really annoying.. their service is really a poor one..
