Pathetic Customer Services

Dear Sir,

I have a sify mail account, this is my 1st and very old mail id. Someone hacked my mail account and change security answer too thus I m unable to reset my mail password. I have all important data with Sify mail. I am ready to share my last 2/3 password for security validation for password reset and also inbox data. But sify customer care not ready to reset password insist of reset password behalf of validation they reply me create new mail id. I also try to call on sify phone helpline several times but no one pickup my call. Please suggest the way how we can again found access of my mail id.
