Failed Online Transaction - Refund

Hi,

I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza online on their website on last Sunday, February 19. Everything was fine till the final stage. The SBI Net Banking went through and I was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

Once again I tried placing the order online but same result as before and same error message popped up. Then the Dominos Manager then took my order over the phone and said they did not receive any order, not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

Till now I have not gotten my money back, I also checked with my bank and they confirmed that my account has been charged twice and the amount has been credited to Dominos. The transaction amount was Rs 466.25 each time respectively.

I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.
