E-bay should be named cbay – (Cheaters Bay)

I had purchased a FM Blue tooth Transmitter from a seller called Berrynxt on Tue, Feb 21 My Paisa Pay ID 30911361909 at the time of delivery I was made to pay an octroi of Rs 90 even though the transport of the item was already charged.

On receiving the Item I found that the item was not working at all and after numerous calls the seller promised a replacement and collected the faulty item back today it’s almost two weeks now. Today when I called again to inquire the seller says he is made the refund approval to ebay. On contacting Ebay they say that octroi will not be refunded.

Nither do I have the product Nor do I have the refund and have also been cheated of the octroi.

I shall never trade with ebay infact they should change their name from ebay to cbay (cheaters bay)
