I placed an order with the online shopping website on 09 May for the below two products:

1 - KODAK KLIC-7001 LI-ION RECHARGEABLE BATTERY = Rs 900

2 - iball ib252 In Ear Headphone = Rs 240

I purchased a discount voucher of Rs 250 from an online website for Rs 25 I used the discount voucher on this order and the order total now is 900 240-250 =890

Overall I had to pay 890 rs 25 rs for the complete order.

The online website edeal.in shipped the kodak batteries to me but they refused to ship the headphones to me stating that it is not available. The product is still available on their site and is in stock. How come they are stating that it is not available. Then I checked their FAQs and it is clearly mentioned that they will either give refund or offer another product if an ordered product is not available. I then requested for a refund of Rs 240 as they did not have any other product which i needed.

The customer service guy named Suhaib with whom I interacted is so rude that he refused to give me refund. I then told him that I will take legal action against them what he said was the worst thing a customer service guy could ever say.. He bluntly said that go ahead with legal action and we will enjoy it.

I then asked them to simply give me refund and they are still ignoring my request. I have all the communication with the website in my email and can post the screen shots if required.

I would like to file a legal complaint against the website for not honoring the terms and conditions as laid out by them on their websites.
