I had ordered a Rakhi courier to be delivered to my brother on 13th August, 2010. The edelviery date I provided was 18th August. The cost of service was 775/- INR
The rakhi did not reach on 18th August. When I emailed the customer care, I was told that it will reach before or by Rakshabandhan - which is 24th August.
My brother was called up by a courier guy on 24th and said that they cant find the address but will deliver by evening. My brother volunteered to pick it up from a central point. But the courier guys did not turn up. The services person from Flora India also called him to ask if the courier was delivered and said will get back. They did not get back either.
My brother had a day without rakhi tied to his hands - even though Ihad sent it well ahead in time.
The more frustration is about the courirer being with the courier guys and still not ebing delivered.
I complained Pooja Sharma - the person in customer service of Flora India, emailed her many times; but in vain.
She now says that the courier was send t 2-3 times but no one was available at home; though I know that the home was never locked.She is reluctant to refund my money.
I am very upset for the issue and Flora India guys should pay for it.
