Non Delivery of Product

I bought flowers from http://www.fresh-flowers-india.com/ using my Debit card. The Money got deducted and was paid to the merchant but the flowers are still not delivered. I am trying to contact their helpline no but no one is picking up the call. Even their is no response from email which is written to them. The price of the product is 825 and on their website its shows that the order is processed even though the recipient has not recieved the flowers. I contacted CC avenue who are the payment gateway for this merchant but they refused to help me out as they mentioned that the money is credited to the merchant. Please help me how can I get my money back and how is it possible to get this merchant deregistered.
