Dear Sir,

This is A.S. Dhamothren from Ganapathy Herbasl. We are using this BSNL net facility. We need it most of the time. But In our area the cable line often gets fault. For past one year we are facing this problem. We are unable to use internet facility when needed. If this problem gets repeated then we should change from BSNL. The particular person uses our cable line as car stand.

Kindly take necessary steps to provide internet facility for us at any time by proper maintenance of cable lines.

Provide us with better service.
