Geemax online services Pvt Ltd, started up their operations at Hyderabad by AV Krishna.
They promised that Geemax group of companies are launching Prepaid cash cards services - for online ticket bookings, payments etc firstly in Hyderabad and later in south.
They started service at Regus Business Centre, Hyderabad & Gurgoan Centres.
Initially their website was www.geemaxonline.com.
India and thereafter in entire India.
To this effect they launched the website in a press conference also.
He offered Statewise Super Distributorship and later district wise and in Hyderabad Area wise distributors.
He had given some agreements also made and took advance investments for super distributor ship.
We invested Rs. 3 Lakhs towards superdistributorship.
Krishna AV kept on postponing the launch from 20 June to 16 Oct.

He was using [email protected] & [email protected]. He stopped responding to mails.
On this latency, we wished to withdraw from the distributorship.
He accepted to it and given PDCs for 3 Lakhs dated 24 Nov.
We deposited in Bank Of India, Miyapur Branch into "GEEMAX ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD" a/c
Both the cheques got dishonoured stating " in sufficient funds"
Since October he is not traceable.
Some how while searching over the internet, we could find that the same person is re-launching the same products with another website www.spotbillpayment.com. This time with a new group of companies banner - Surya Prabha Group
Again he is trying to cheat other investors..
He stated that he had lots of properties in Hyderabad & Tirupathi.
Can any one help us in tracing the culprit. and avoid further damages to other peoples businesses and lives..
