I am a MTNL customer. i had activated GPRS of MTNL. On 09/04, I have received the message from 588881030 "thanks 4 subscribing to unlimited pack. Your total cost is Rs. 30." and the message that 'the last sms was charged Rs. 30/-. I did not subscribe to any services nor did i send any such sms.i received this sms twice in the day and i loosen Rs. 60. Please take the severe action against this kind of problems and help me to come out from this type of misuse of the customer.
