Settop box is not coming

I had boutgh hathway settop box 6 months back, c700N modle it was good still last week but its not coming and it showing 'inserted card is not a viewing card (2)" then where will i get this card 2 . and y should i hae to get it.

when i purchace i got only card, and now it says 'inserted card is not a viewing card (2)" and no one is lift phone plz call me 9989971125
