Cheating by not delivering the product

I placed the order for purchasing TITAN ZOOP Blossom KIDS watch on this website. This product was available with Express delivery so i made payment for this product on 5th January. Immediately i received confirmation their website stating my order number 814203 is approved and will be delivered soon. I called customer care on Monday 9th Jan to check the status of the order and customer care representive informed me that order will be dispatched today (Monday 9th Jan). In between i sent couple of emails, but no response those emails as well. Then i called again on Tuesday 10th January and i got the answer saying the product is not available and we will refund the money. What type of business these peoples are doing, if they don’t have product available, how can they make it available for sale and that too in express delivery category. This is purely cheating with customer. They should have informed me earlier that product is not available, but there was no response to my emails as well. These type of merchants should be penalized and their license to run such business should be cancelled.

Please help me to get this sort out and stop buying any item from this company website
