I have purchased Whirlpool Microwave Oven through HomeShop 18 online. While before ordering the product i have enquired about money back for this product and they confirmed that I will get my money back incase I am not satisfied with the product, So based on their words I have placed order to buy. They have shipped the product through Blue Dart courier on 7th Oct I received the product through Courier today 7th Oct but the box is damaged outside when I opened the pack and found the Front door Glass entirely broken.
I had called HomeShop 18 and registered the compliant on the same day (61047503) to get the replacement, they said they will inturn speak to their counterpart to replace the damanged product, but till now I havent got any reply from them about my replacement. Every day when I called them they are saying still they are awaiting for the response from their counterpart for this particular product. So I have given the deadline of 15th Oct to get replacement (OR) I want my money back. Even today when I called them to know the status they are not even bother to listen my words about it. So I have asked them to process my money back, they started telling for Whirlpool product there is NO money back.
