Order not delivered

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have placed my order of Janper 84 Pcs Dinner Set vide Order no.702028631 suborder no.72096555 and paid Rs.2999 through DD. on 3rd December to HomeShop18 but i have not received my ordered items till date. The feedback option available on the Homeshope18 website is useless and I am of the opinion that no one ever takes note of the feedback as I have been writing my complaint therein with no avail.

Please let me know whats the remedy available in case the ordered item is not delivered to me.
