I got a promo coupon from my credit card for discount on Homeshop18. After choosing my product and giving coupon credit card details, the order was accepted.
Next i get a verification call for the credit card used and the products ordered. After giving this, i was assured my products would arrive in 7-10 days.
Then i get another call asking for further verification by sending a copy of my credit card statement a copy of my credit card... i refused this since authentcation via mobile for credit card verification was already done. Why should they require my card statement and a copy of the card to verify a purchase???
Then yesterday i get a mail SMS stating my order has been cancelled... with no reason for the rejection.
I am wondering why they did not require my salary statement to see if i am indeed creditworthy!!!?
Rest assured, after reading the low quality and other issues, i will NEVER browse homeshop18 and even inform my credit card to stop promoting them
