I have ordered a nokia X2-01 from Homeshop18 on 11th June (order no. 904033271). I had made a prepayment through Credit card on same day. Per their status on website the delievery time is 2 days. And the sms I recieved from homehsop18 is also stating that expect delievery in 2-3 days. Now it's been 6 days I have no update from them. I tried to contact the homeshop 18 customer care, but they are saying we cannot commit when you will recieve the product, I have asked them if you cannot provide the product atleast refund my money.
i am calling the customer care daily but there is no response from them.
