I had applied a internet connection on 17'th September and paid three month rent as Rs 2397.00/ through a person called Ravi.
From that day one has called me and update me the status of the connection. I only calling customer care and the person who had taken my application form to get the status of the connection. Every time when I call they said the connection will be given in 1 or 2 days.
I had lost the patient and finally got the information from Callcenter (I only called and got the info) that they will not be able to give the connection due to the unavailability of the port.
But They haven't return my cheque back.
Initially i had good opinion on Airtel but after seeing this really it is bad and they are trying to cheat me.
