I was an employee of Cogniter Technologies, Chandigarh a subsidiary of Segnant Technologies, USA. I was recruited as a fresher on designation BDO in Cogniter, Chandigarh. The company also has signed a 2 years bond with me. After completion of one month (At the time of training) they told me that the work is not to our expectation, so no need to come from tomorrow and your salary for 1 month will be given to you next month. The company has taken work from me and now they are not giving my salary after one month, till now they are telling we will give next month, next month. So this is to the people that before working in this company please see the background. Kindly do not go for this company.
