Idea 3G Netsetter
Not getting acess to WCDMA 3G network

Hello,

I purchased a idea netsetter 3g (EC1732) with mobile number 9540864200 and a Rs. 750/month plan. For first two months I used to get access to 3G network (WCDMA) with speed around 800kbps. But for last one month I get access only to EDGE network with speed around 20Kbps only. I put online complaints many times through my user account @ idea, but nothing resolved till now. Then I called customer care, but after 1 minute music the call automatically disconnected. Please help me to resolve the issue.
