I have recharged 148 rs for idea internet pack on 24/04 at12.57 pm in recharge shop i got the msg of succrsuccessful recharge also confirmation msg form idea that your internet pack has been activated but when started to brows my main balance was deducting after i called to customer care they ate telling like that your recharge was not updated so we can't help, so manytime i have called but they didn't response me even i raised thecomplaint also but no use. So i want justice help me and suggest meat i have to do. I have all details. That recharge transaction i.d kk11042412570068 and my no.is 8970126347. I font want to leave this because each 1 rupees worth lot for me. pls take some action on idea group. They simply cheating the peoples.
