I purchased Idea NetSetter device around 2 months back and now suddenly device asks me for PUK and PIN. I got the information from customer care and entered it. It told me that the method is not allowed and i need to user System's WWAN UI to unblock the pin. I visited Idea Store, Called Idea Customer care, Contacted 198 for complaint and called 3G helpline as well and all told me that they cant help me and i need to visit idea store. Idea store people also had no knowledge on this issue and told me that they cant help me in it and i need to check with 3G support helpline. So I am in between and don't know who can help me where no one wants to help me in. My 3G device number is 9718055642 and my cell number is 9910661716, 9899692015.
