Cheating of giving unlimited usage and not giving speed

I had taken idea net setter as i have recharged with 599 on 5th march but it was properly working till 9th march but after it was giving speed of 4-5 kbps and as they told me the speed 256kbs for 60 days unlimited and but as i also gone to customer care service center they r telling to solve it from ur phone by dialling 198 and then i logged a complaintalso but they didnt solved and next time as i called they used to cut my call and from 9th march to 6 april till not my problem has been solved and now only 29 days left to get my service over and they r not solving so its my humble request plz solve my problem and i know u will help me and my modem number-9594676625
