Game on demand has been introduced by the provider without my consent. When I came to know the same after few months, I requested them over phone to deactivate the same. But they did not hear and as a result I am required to pay a sum of Rs.200 every month sin e last 6-7 months without any mistake from my side. I request you to please intervene in the matter and arrange to deactivate the game on demand from my broadband immediately and arrange to return me the amounts so far recovered from my through bills at the earliest.
