Product never delivered - No refund

I have a very bad experience with Indiaplaza.in

I had ordered (order no - IN0905100106) flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. But these flowers were never delivered.

I raised 3 cases with them but everytime they assure that my money will be refunded but they never do so. Also, they close each case without confimration. So, everytime I check for any updates for my case, I find it closed.

Its like an online fraud.
