Tata Indicom number 9278736832
On Jan 31, they asked me by sms to pay 2155 rupees as interim payment
and disconnected the numbner
on feb 1, i made the payment thru SBI internet banking on 9.55 AM
tata indicom website immediately recognized it and sent me a online reciept whose referrence number MSBI0021647229.
Even after 3 hour of payment, my number is still not active.
My question is, when i paid the amount through internet banking and tata indicom website immediately acknowledged it, then how it takes more than 3 hours and then even internet is not activated??
I talked with with customer care - ref nr - 207861367,
the lady on the phone was talking like nonsense.
she said that the payment was not received.
when i quoted the payment transaction number, she could bot reply anything
