I had booked a ticket with Irctc. But I was not able to make travel. So, I had filed a TDR as per IRCTC procedures to get the due refund (some 50%). But It has been nearly 16 months and no action whatsoever has been taken. The date of journey was 27/09. The PNR no is 8224384345. The Transaction no is 0067952852 and TDR filed on 29/09. I have made acomplaint regarding this to IRCTC, but they have not taken any action yet. Please help me for refund.
