I had paid Rs 500/- towards Activation fees and deposit of Airtel broadband. The receipt no.8991 dated 05/02 of INDUSACT VENTURES, No.337/14, 10th Main, BSK Ist Stage, Bangalore 50 Ph 26602136. 65468476. Application number: SEF#TBLR-0078686.
It has been a week and nobody has reverted. I am very frustrated by their service since it was an urgent requirement.
When i call their agents i get a negligent reply and say that my application was rejected and they are in the process and are reworking on the same.???
**BUT I GOT THE CALL SAME DAY I RAISED AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE. AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALLBACK AFTER THE MONEY IS PAID AND ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED.
