Dear representatives,
i have booked ticket online from irctc website on 30th of june, but due to some problems in network connection ticket was not booked.
But the amount for that ticket is debited from my account and no transaction details were sent to my email.

heck is that nobody is picking up phone there in irctc customer care centre.
