TRAIN E-TICKET BOOKING ERROR AFTER MADE PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

Myself Subrata Kumar Sahu from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I have made payment by SBI Debit card for Train Online e-Ticket booking through IRCTC online Booking system. After Click on Pay Button After sometime an error shows on the screen & i.e as under :

"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"

Now what I should do? or. How I can get refund which has been deducted from my account? or. how I can get confirmation ticket?
