Respected sir,
I am utilising BB in 06854-230826.The towers in the area blew up by naxals and some cables are subjected to theft for which the BB links failed for months togather but we were demaned the monthly rents. Some in the locality fearing loss of false prestiges depositing their regular demands with out any protest. Even to-day the links of BB are not regular and disrupting often. When we are using the BB within a five muinutes, link failes for not less then ten times and thus we are put to hardships and harassments. So far my earlier complaint is concerned due to such official difficulties the service to my BB failed. I requested for waiver. Till date the waiver subject ins not yet taken into considerations causing each month the disconnection fo BB without any notice. Now I am regularly depositing the monthly rent against 299 -combo scheme but the BB services are very poor so as to get links it is difficult to functionour work at length.
Therefore I request you to kindly waive the earlier out standing rent for non subpply of BB services as disrupted for obivious reasons. The local JE/SDO on my approach advised me that unless the higher authorities asks caling for reports we cannot process or submit out reports for non function of the BB then. THus the concerned field staff may be asked to submit the details for waiving the out standing demands to regularise the function and BB services with out any disruptions.
