Reliance lease line complaint

This is regarding reliance internet lease line complaint.

From last many months we are facing problem with reliance internet lease line.but their is no service assurance from them.

We have signed a 99.9 % SLA with reliance but we face problem every now and then almost from last 9 months.

Their is not a single person in reliance who come forward and try to resolve this issue ever since problem get started.

I would like to request you to please forward this issue with reliance.
