On Feb 1st, I ordered a delivery of flowers and a Mainland China coupon of Rs. 1000, priced at Rs 1375, from Kolkata Online Florist. (KOF-010220129). Only the flowers were delivered on Feb 2nd. When I tried to contact the customer care number, I found that the numbers on the website are never answered. After coming to this consumer complaint website, I found a different number through which I was able to contact someone at your company. I was told that coupons are couriered and thus take a few days time to be delivered.
However, the coupon has still not been delivered after 20 days. I have repeatedly tried to contact all the customer care numbers, but the calls are not answered.
On the other hand, the company has sent me a mail saying that my order has been fulfilled.
I am forced to come to conclusion that Kolkata Online Florist is a fraudulent company, which tries its best to cheat customers. Once the order has been placed, there is no way to contact the company. Calls are not answered, e-mails are not replied to, the contact procedure on the website does not work, there is no physical address given on the website. And from the number of online complaints about this company, it appears that such criminal behaviour is quite common for them.
