Earlier RCOM stopped giving me bills for almost 4 months; problem resolved after reaching to Apeallate Authority.
Last 20 days I have raised close to 5-6 complaints regarding Internet not working. They would close my service request without doing anything or without even visiting my premises. My adaptor has been sparking with annoying noise since dog years; and these guys would just not replace it. In fact they don't have a power cord. Call center explains to me their 3rd party service team is on strike - should I care?
One of the engineers came and even told me at times service is disrupted coz of clouds between your WiMAX antennae & bts tower. Hilarious. Default gateway details also I had to give him. Another engineer called me and asked to collect the power cord from santa Cruz station as if he is President of India.
Highly frustrated with their service; wouldn't recommend to anyone!
