Not receive bill

Here i have inform you to till now i am not receive my Reliance broad bill. My payment last date 10th of every month.so many times i call and ask my bill payment details but no one till now send to me then how can i pay my payment without fenalty? i am not ready pay any fine for this month this is your mistake..not mine..
