Dear Sir,
We are a very small manpower consultancy who took subscription of Times Business Solutions (Timesjobs.com) for 3 years amounted 168540.0/-for full database access. The services started from 16th Sept and till January 4th we were able to access full database. On January 5th Times Jobs have stopped giving us the services what was commited and when ever we access the portal it says "Excel Download feature has been disabled temporarily on account of misuse of downloading data." Inspite of repeatedly asking them about the details of misusing the data, they are unable to give us any details. The payment was made to them in instalments of 10924/- on every 15th of the month. We have asked Times Group to return our money for the remaining period as they are not offering us which they have commited and they have provided the offered services till 4th of January. They are not reverting us on any of our mails. Pls help us...
