I applied for MTNL Triband connection 3 months ago on my landline number 27222452, but connection is not yet provided by MTNL. Every time I give a call to MTNL office they always say that they don't have port available for triband connection. From 3 months they are not getting a single port for my triband connection. The time taken for providing a triband connection tells that these people are not working in there offices or coming only for timepass.
The officers behave irresponsibly and need a proper lesson on "how to talk with consumer".
