Ill not received by post

Sir,

My telephone No. is 22345107. About 6 Months my bill of telephone with broad band is not received by the post office. I have been paid the bill with duplicate bill received from the offices of MTNL. I feeling many problems to do so. Kindly send a copy of telehpone bill at my residence.

Please take action accordingly.
