Not Giving The Said Internet Speed

MTNL is not giving the said internet speed.

I have 495-unlimited broadband plan offered by mtnl.

The speed given to the users is said to be 320kbps... ie. it should be around 40 kbps...

but they give a speed of 25-30kbps... and when tried to test on mtnl speed test it shows 256kbps...

its us who r in s great loss...
