PATHETIC NET SERVICE BY MTNL

I had made my first complaint about net not working on 8th August by MTNL brodband service (1504) my docket no. was 2771. On which is was figured out that the probelem is in the line as the ADSL LED was not on. But the next day it was found out that the modem is not working properly. Till Wednesday 11th August nothing was done. Finaly I called Mr Raina, but I was connected to Mr Gaware and told him that the modem is faulty and to change it. Till Friday the modem was not changed and the MTNL would just call up asking whether the line is working or not... On Friday the modem was changed which was faulty again. I was told that the new modem is not available and that this would be on temparary basis. Since then I have made many new compalints regarding the same but I get the message that the complaint is alraedy registered with docket no. 8800. I am paying 1000/- per month for this net service. And I am getting a pathetic service. Why should I pay MTNL the amount if I am not getting my Net service?
