MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE INSTALLATION
I have lodged sevral complaints (complaits no :- 1397, 2585) in the past few days, but still the same problem continues and I am stuck with the same problem every now and then. Further I am not able to avail the services for which I am paying regulary.
Request you to kindly get the line tested and change the cable at the earliest as the same is having multiple joints from main connection box to my residential place.
From the time I have availed of this service it is malfunctioning.
