Dear sir,

My broadband connection is not working from the first day of connection. I am not satisfied from my internet working. My ADSL line every time is Stable but then also i get download speed of 30 kps when contacted to customer care (1504) they told as per my 495 combo plan (i should get speed upto 80 to 100 kps) & when tested my modem speed from mtnl.net.in it shows max "250" actually it should be 320 kps.

I would request that u, go through my Problem i m currently facing as soon as possible My Address is neel kamal bldg, 2nd flr, room no.29, shivaji nagar, wagle estate, thane (W)- 400604
