Egarding recharge

My MTS Number is 8925372132 User Name is Janani,

I Brought a MTS Modem on 29-02, I Just Recharged 800 to My MTS on 28-03. Near by the retailer shop but did not update a recharge still now, the retailer is telling that they have detail only for three days. I have send a mail to MTS on 18/05 [email protected]. I dint get the detail from them so can u help me
